A rare early Rosenthal Co. landscape painting on porcelain.Handmade by Rosenthal Weltmarke in Germany between 1920 - 1930.Both of these large porcelain paintings that we have listed were purchased in the 1950's
The painting is signed both on the porcelain painting itself and on the back of the painting. The original Rosenthal Mark,golden sticker on the back of the painting shows the wording
"Weltmarke Rosenthal Handmalerie"
This gold sticker was only used between 1920 - 1930.
Artist Signed on both the Painting and on the back of the painting; the signature is illegible.
Condition:
Both the porcelain painting and the gilt wood frame are in very good original condition.
