A rare 19th century 13” punch ladle in Gorham's ‘Luxembourg’ pattern. The design features an elegant scroll pattern on the handle end and rim of a gold-washed punch double pouring spout bowl.
Throughout the latter half of the 19th century and into the 20th, Gorham Manufacturing Co. attracted some of the best designers and silver artisans in the world.

Condition:
Fine age-related condition. A small amount of patina on the ladle's bowl due to the nature of its age. Small dent on bottom of Ladle's pouring bowl (noted 3rd to last photo, please see image). Gold wash on bowl shows slight wear. This punch ladle would be enhanced with a good hand polish.
