This is a 1945 Mexican Ex Voto Painting on tin,

depicting a truck running over a person, who is on
the ground bleeding. There is a person in the center praying with a large
candle to the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos. This image of the saint is a printed
image which was pasted onto the retablo.
The text gives thanks to the Virgen Saint for the miracle regarding this car accident.
It is dated 10th of December 1945.
