1950s Mexican Ex Voto Painting on Tin, Cattle Saved from Danger Retablo Folk Art

This is a 1950's Ex Voto Painting on Tin, 
depicting a herd of cattle , some tan and some 
grey, besides a rancher man on his knees holding a lit votive candle
facing the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos. 

The text gives thanks to the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos for 
saving his cattle from danger, and dedicates this retablo in her honor. 

This is an excellent piece of mexican folk art with lots of character.

Condition: Some losses to the paint, scratches and scuffs, 
with minor rust showing through in places. Overall very presentable with lots of character.
