This is a 1950s Mexican Ex Voto painting on canvas,

depicting a red Ford Pickup truck running over someone
on a bicycle. The text states that this retablo is giving thanks
to the Virgen of San Juan de Los Lagos for saving the artist's
nephew Rafael Segura Sanchez from death when he was riding his bike and
was hit by a truck.
It is signed by Bernardino Segura Sanchez C. Macero Tamps.
This piece is painting on stretched canvas held to the stretchers with nails.
Rope is threaded through the front of the painting as a way of hanging the painting.
This is a rare ex voto, as canvas was not typically the medium for these paintings.
