19th Century Vienna Cold Painted Little Black Boy in Bronze on Stepped Blood Marble Base

We are offering...
an adorable, and very rare 19th Century Cold Painted Vienna Bronze, of a small black boy with his hair up, 
holding a ball in one hand and with his other hand outstretched. He has on a gold, cold painted
loincloth, that leaves his buttocks exposed. The whites of his eyes are also painted, and the ball has some
paint intact in the details. 
We could not find any other examples of this little cutie!  

He is posed on a beautiful Blood Marble base, with a stepped bottom. 
This piece is well proportioned and would make a great addition to any 
Vienna bronze collection.

A great age-related condition, cold paint is mostly intact, and there are no dents or scratches to the bronze sculpture.
