This is a 1971 Mexican Ex Voto painting on Tin,

depicting a woman and her new born in a hospital bed.
The three woman below this are the two from the bed, including the grandmother
and they are shown on their knees praying to the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos.
The text describes that 13 years prior to this painting, the woman's daughter gave birth,
and she survived the birth. The three of them are dedicating this retablo to the Virgin Saint,
and hope to deliver it to her sanctuary. Their three names are printed, along with the date
Feb. 25th of 1971 in Leon, Gunajuato.
This is painted by the master Retablo Painter Vicente Barajas El Ranchero De La Barranca,
he signed the piece at the bottom.
