The cut-glass pitcher is topped with a silver lid, spout and handle in a very ornate floral pattern.
The finial is in the shape of a rose. This is a great 19th C. claret jug, or pitcher.
The marks are attributed to Wolf & Knell, with Hanau pseudo hallmarks likely meant to resemble french marks.
The three marks are a Fleur de lis, what seems to be the number 3 and a G with a crown above it.

Condition:
In good age related condition, couple of flea bites and scuffs to glass as pictured, silver could use polishing. Glass does not have water marks inside. Please see photos for complete description.
