16th Century Chiensaen Bronze Seated Buddha With Gilded Gold We are offering... A wonderful 16th century Chiensaen bronze seated buddha. The Buddha figure is holding its left hand in its crossed legs with an open palm and its right hand on its right knee. The piece has remnants of original gilding throughout the bronze. On the back is a plaque "CHIENSAEN PD. A.D. 1500". Approx. Dimensions: Height: 6 1/2" Width: 4 1/2" Depth: 3" Condition: In great age related condition. Has some patina due to age.
