This is a 1950's Mexican Ex Voto Painting on Tin, 
Depicting a Man a child and a woman kneeled before
the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos holding candles. 
The text describes that the husband went crazy and 
ran off to the mountain, and when he returned he turned himself
in to the police saying he killed a man, but none of it had happened
and it was just a product of his madness.
