Shipping calculated at checkout.
This is a 1950s Mexican Ex-Voto Painting on tin,
depicting a surgery in progress, with two doctors and a nurse
working on a patient who is lying under the light on an
operating table. The Virgen Saint is depicted in the top left section.
The text is faint, but one can make out Valle de Santiago, Guanajuato
in the bottom of the piece, and above it to the right.

This is a very interesting piece for its depiction of the surgeons operating on someone,
and this piece likely gives thanks for the survival of the patient.

Approx. Dimensions:
Height: 7 1/8"
Width: 10"

Condition:  Fair age related condition, losses to the painting are evident throughout,
text is faint and not very legible.
