A wonderful, bright, Oil on Board, Genre Scene Painting,
by 19th c listed Spanish artist E. Onate
Ornate was known for his colorful
Spanish Genre Paintings.
This beautiful painting shows what seams to be a marching band
of men, possibly Soldiers, who have stopped at a local street merchant
and are being served wine by the merchant.
This painting uses bright original colors of blues, greens and reds
and the wood frame is probably original and beautifully
hand carved, possibly older than the painting.
The painting is signed in the lower right.

Painting 12 1/4" x 8 1/4"
Condition: Beautiful original, age-related untouched condition.
Minor wear to the frame with old repair in upper right area (see photo)
