An antique 19th c. Old Paris Porcelain Soup Tureen.
Old Paris porcelain (Vieux Paris) refers to un-marked authentic hand created hard paste porcelain.
These hand crafted pieces were created in Parisian work-shops
between 1770 & 1870.
This Soup Tureen is unsigned and in a Napoleonic style
defined by deep gilding and a neo-classical motif.
It has a gilt family crest or monogram
