We are offering a beautiful pair of matching antique 19th century silver cylindrical amulet/talisman cases (Hirz/Taweez). They are hand-engraved with traditional protective geometric patterns that showcase authentic folk silversmithing from the Middle Eastern/North African tradition. The cases are around .900 silver.

Both amulet cases still house their original prayer scrolls inside. The scrolls are extremely delicate and will crumble if handled.

Condition: The talismans are in great age-related condition. There is light wear and patina from age and use. The lids are a little imperfectly shaped so they don't form a tight seal.
