This Georgian Pin features a Snake winding around a Coral Drop.
A Mine Cut Diamond is mounted on the snakes head.
Small eyelet attached to the snake's coiled tail for a pendant.
Prince Albert Proposed to Queen Victoria with a ring in the form of a snake, it wrapped round her finger and had an Emerald set in it's head.
The snake at that time Symbolized Wisdom & Eternity.
It was a Ubiquitous Motif on Rings, Bracelets, Brooches during the Georgian era and later
This brooch dates to the 1820's.
